KNK OLYMPIC PERFORMANCE@ Vancouver 2010 Olympics
Clip from our performance last week at the 2010 Winter Olympics. Ski jumpers flipping through flaming Olympic rings and a 5000+ crowd of dancing people in Whistler. Was an unbelievable experience to play on that stage and feel the energy and spirit in Vancouver and Whistler this year. YAHH CANADA!

Out here in Vancouver during the Olympics I've gotten a chance to experience many great new things. One of them is Finch's Tea & Coffee House. Tucked away at the corner of West Pender St and Homer Ave. Freshly made sandwiches on order, great coffee and tea and a very friendly staff. I will be back oh yesssss

PRINCE REHEARSAL FOOTAGE (EROTIC CITY)
Had to post this Prince rehearsal footage that surfaced before Prince's people take it down. I'm a huge fan of Prince and could never understand why he always takes his stuff down from youtube. By doing this I feel like he's really shutting out a younger fan base. Last year when we opened for Questlove, I somehow got in a convo about this with him and he told me HE'S even told Prince this! I think the climax of Prince's crazyness is when he had his Radiohead cover taken down (from Coachella), and Thom Yorke told them to put it back up cause it's not his music to take down. Anyways... enjoy this rehearsal footage.

what I'm vibin to
I've been holed up in my room most of this week banging out new compositions and trying new synth patches and whatnot. I've been using the xx as my influence right now cause of their minimalist approach to music. Particularly their use of "space" in the songs. Although its mainly an instrumental, I really love the "intro" track to their album. Its got an infinity type of feel to it where you can just leave it on repeat and zone dafuggout. Take a listen and you'll see what I mean.

Totally zoooooning out to this right now. Really dope track selection. The mix was done by BULLION a very dope producion outfit, for a very dope online magazine called FACT MAGAZINE which I was put onto through a really dope blog my homie Henri runs called 92BPM Be sure to cop BULLION's own music, from beatport or wherever you can find it online. This song is not new but whenever I put it on, it always takes me back to when I first heard it about 5 months ago. We were on the red bull tour with Love & Electrik and the Eh team Dj's. In this big motor home driving through the mountains of B.C.
Any of you who have had the chance to make that drive know how epic the natural scenery is. With that backdrop, was when I first heard "Skeletons" by the Yeah Yeah Yeah's. It was incredible.
Was just vibin to it again these last few days and thought I'd share it.
Everytime I listen to it now it brings me back to that experience and that moment. Everytime.
